A brief introduction to the World Brewers Cup 

The World Brewers Cup (WBrC) is an international coffee brewing competition designed to showcase the craft and skill of manual filter coffee brewing. Brewers Championship is our take on this competition featuring two intense rounds:

Compulsory Service: Competitors craft three beverages from the same mystery coffee, judged on aroma, flavour, aftertaste, acidity, sweetness and mouthfeel.

Open Service: Creativity shines as brewers select their own beans and deliver a captivating 10-minute presentation on origin, method, and tasting notes. Precision, passion, and performance define this competition.

We will have 7 competitors who will be competing to become the Brewers Champion, Finland 2025.

Sixteen competitors with five minutes to find the odd cups from five different triangulations. The competition was hosted by Kimia Bergeson, CCF’s President and co-owner of Kahiwa Coffee Roasters. With the help of our amazing volunteers, the competition was possible to organise swiftly and successfully

Five competitors with amazing 10 minutes presentations followed by Compulsory Service with a surprise coffee from our sponsor, Robert Paulig Roastery. The competition was hosted by Laura Kietäväinen, Paulig Pro and judged by Kaisa Kokkonen (Kaffa Roastery), Jani Mikkonen (Artisan Café), Henri Löppönen (Finnish Coffee Guy) and Hoang Thi My Ngoc.
